The Madden Sax Foundation is charitable organization which was founded by Rachel Madden Sax and
Darren Fox with the sole purpose of supporting and donating to the many men, women and
children who have been at the unforgiving hand of domestic violence, as well as those in need
of mental health care for PTSD and other mental health awareness. Our mission is to provide the essential tools to help support victims of domestic violence and those who struggle with their mental well-being so they can live happy and productive lives.
With each donation and sale of our beautiful artwork, we help to end the needless suffering that so many endure.

"On April 3rd of 2019 my life changed forever.  I had been the victim of domestic violence for years, but this day in particular was very different.  My ex came to my home with a firearm that he stole from a gun store with the intent to end life.  I survived physically, but the mental anguish that I went thru was insurmountable.  I like many survivors, didn't want to believe that this was my existence and I had no acceptance at all... only guilt, shame and remorse.  I was able to get the mental health care that I needed for my Complex PTSD, but I had to deal with a lot all alone.  I understand the depression, pain, fear and loneliness that victims endure.  Thru our foundation, I would like to help as many people as I can on their mental wellness journey so they can live safe, happy and productive lives again and never feel alone."

"On May 30th of 2023 I was handed a letter from the court stating that my ex-wife had filed a temporary restraining order against me.  She claimed that my 5yo daughter overheard me say I was going to kill her and her boyfriend and saw a gun behind a mirror in my home.  Only 6 months later the judicial evidence code was violated, and I was awarded a 5-year DVRO based on hearsay with no proof of these claims.  I also now only have supervised visitations with my daughter twice a week.  The legal system has not been kind or fair in my case, but I now understand that there are many men just like me who are wrongfully accused and have their lives and children that they love so much ripped away from them every day.  I will never stop fighting for my daughter or for what's fair and just for all.  The Madden Sax Foundation is a part of my fight to help those so desperately in need of mental health care, legal aid and most importantly justice.
