”Peace, love & happiness always!” ~ Rachel Madden Sax

Rachel pioneered in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetics for three decades.  She graduated with Honors from the American College of Advanced Aesthetics and the Colorado Surgical Institute. She began her career on Manhattan’s prestigious Park Avenue and continued in some of the most elite medical practices in Palm Beach, Florida, Denver, CO and Beverly Hills, CA.  Rachel’s mission in life has always been that of absolute dedication towards making the world a more beautiful place with an unstinting commitment to helping people in need whether in or out of the operating room.

Her extensive background in both the medical field and advanced medical aesthetics helped her to establish a thriving aesthetics business in 2013 while continuing to help those in need with reconstructive as well as aesthetic therapies.  In 2024 she switched gears and decided to retire her surgical instruments to save life on a more global scale and make a BIGGER impact on the world through important charity work.

Rachel’s passion for making the world a better place for all people to live in combined with her strong desire to help others gave life to Boards for Hope, a charity foundation she holds close to her heart which helps victims of domestic violence as well as those in need of mental healthcare.  With the sale of every board and each piece of art we save a life and help those in need find the peace they so desperately deserve.
